Wedding planning can be exciting, but when you are organising a wedding abroad, it can also feel a little overwhelming. That is often why couples choose to have someone beside them to guide them through it all.
I understand that feeling deeply. Over the years, I have had the privilege of standing beside hundreds of couples in some of the most emotional moments of their lives — just before they say those tiny words with such enormous meaning: “I do.” And every time, I have felt the nerves, the joy, the love, and the beautiful weight of the moment.
Your wedding ceremony should never feel stressful. It should feel calm, meaningful, personal, and full of warmth — a moment that reflects your love story in the most heartfelt way.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the wedding industry, I have been honoured to be part of countless celebrations and love stories. Now, I am bringing that experience into a more personal and heartfelt wedding planning journey in Santorini.
My wish is to work closely with you and your fiancé to create a ceremony that feels truly yours, intimate, elegant, and filled with emotion. A ceremony you will remember forever, and one your guests will carry in their hearts too.
We will have video meetings together to talk through your vision, your vows, and any cultural or religious traditions you would like to include, so that every part of your ceremony feels thoughtful, personal, and beautifully you.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Kosta enough as a wedding celebrant. From the very beginning he was incredibly easy to work with. He sent us the ceremony script well in advance, was super quick to respond to every message as we made changes and edits, and he made the whole planning process so smooth. We’re from the UK and got married in Santorini on 23rd September 2025, so it was a little nerve-wracking booking someone we hadn’t met in person. But Kosta far exceeded our expectations. We met with him the day before the wedding to run through everything, and he was so clear, calm, and reassuring - he instantly put us at ease. Kosta was so amazing for our special day! We planned our Greek wedding from America and his response time and communication helped make the process as stress free as possible! Kosta is well versed in the world of weddings and crafted an amazing ceremony script for us in addition to a specialized symbolic unity of a hand tying ceremony. The script flowed nicely and really symbolized the meaning of the day and wedding. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and actually admittedly was a wedding planner for years before his current role as an officiant. All my guests raved the day of and even the days following about how touched and moved they were by the service. Everyone could understand him very well, there was no hard time being able to hear what he had to say, and the pace of the ceremony was perfect as well. Kosta truly was a part of the family that day and I can’t so enough great things about him and his work!
